A qualified candidate should have:
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) for existing customer base as well as new leads
- Time Management for meeting and exceeding budgeted hours on jobs as well as scheduling self effectively for the week

- Ethics and integrity that represent professionalism in self and company
- The Operations Manager must possess a valid Georgia Driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
- Oversees the daily operations of crew and clients for the jobs
- Daily opening of facility and conducting morning HUDDLE
- Plant, disease, and insect knowledge for maintenance quality control audits
- Assist Owner to set up safety, and training.
- Supervise daily tracking and posting of actual job hours to budgeted hours and report to the Owner for jobs running over and how to correct.
- Schedule labor and equipment for crews
- Oversee safety for trucks, equipment, and crews in the field
- Conduct site visits and include punch listed items for crews to address when in routes for the day or week.
- Adaptive knowledge in LMN Time Proprietary Software for field operations.
- A two- or four-year degree in a landscape related field, general degree with coursework in the landscape field, or certification by a landscape association preferred
- Schedule follow up on all new business leads through company marketing programs to include evaluating and qualifying needs of prospective customers, supplying and delivering bid proposals.
- Adaptive knowledge in LMN Time Proprietary Software for bids, and proposals
- Meet with potential prospects and discuss budgets and scope
- Design residential landscapes
- Write proposals for new landscape construction projects.
- Review new bids with Owner to ensure successful project estimating, completion and installation
- Extensive Plant Identification knowledge in following design implementation on job site
- Procure special materials required for project execution
- Perform site visits to ensure the quality of work and the scope are in line with customer expectations. Advise construction Crew Leader as needed beforehand and as needed on site.
